Rule 216
Certificate of Barbujaratha
(1) The employee or official who has the duty to perform the inspection shall be given a certificate of inspection according to Schedule-77.
(2) Regardless of what is written in the existing law, if the person who commits fraud is a retired employee or official, he shall not be given pension or gratuity or other benefits without submitting the certificate as per sub-rule (1).
